ROLES

Owns the technical picture for Sunday. Confirms key equipment is working, supports screens and setup, helps troubleshoot, and keeps the production side steady before and during service.

Runs ProPresenter for worship lyrics, scripture, message slides, videos, and visual cues. Follows the run of show while staying responsive to worship flow and last-minute changes.

Holds the flow of service. Communicates call time, notes, updates, and cues. Helps the team move together with clarity from load-in through load-out.

Supports the Service Director with details, timing, notes, supplies, and quick needs that come up throughout the morning.

who do i go to for questions?

Start with the Service Director for Sunday flow questions. For screen, cable, or technical questions, ask the Technical Director or Screens Operator.
do i need production experience?

No. Some roles require training, but you can start by shadowing, helping with setup, and learning the Sunday rhythm one step at a time.
WHAT should i wear?
3
All black is the default. Choose something comfortable, Sunday-appropriate, and easy to move in for load-in, setup, and load-out.
what if i’m running late?

Text the Service Director as soon as possible. Early communication helps the team adjust without scrambling.
